Please be aware that an up-to-date rabies vaccine is required for all healthy pets, dog or cat, for any services performed here at our hospital.

Dr. Schietzelt was born and raised in Saratoga Springs, NY.
She attended Montana State University in Bozeman, Montana for her undergraduate studies where she obtained a Bachelor's degree in conservation biology and ecology. She then obtained her doctorate in veterinary medicine from Washington state University in Pullman, Washington prior to moving to Phoenix in 2021.
Her focuses in veterinarian medicine include general practice and urgent care, with special passions for preventative medicine, behavioral management, and helping foster the human-animal bond (because pets are our family!)
Outside of work, Dr. Schietzelt enjoys traveling, live music, and spending time with her family, including her 3 cats and pitbull.
